{"id":32877,"date":"2021-02-19T12:14:43","date_gmt":"2021-02-19T15:14:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lasrosas.com.ar\/portal\/?p=32877"},"modified":"2021-02-19T12:14:43","modified_gmt":"2021-02-19T15:14:43","slug":"miami-y-la-renovacion-creativa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lasrosas.com.ar\/portal\/miami-y-la-renovacion-creativa\/","title":{"rendered":"MIAMI Y LA RENOVACI\u00d3N CREATIVA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>POR: Marcelo Lopez- @marcelolopezcba<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>El Miami Design District (Distrito de Dise\u00f1o de Miami) comenz\u00f3 a gestarse hace m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os cuando la Ciudad y el emprendedor local Craig Robinson vieron en esta \u00e1rea un lugar con mucho potencial y comenzaron a so\u00f1ar y proyectar (comprando y restaurando casas derruidas) una renovaci\u00f3n de la zona basada en el arte, la creatividad y el dise\u00f1o.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con el tiempo la propuesta se fue afianzando y creciendo para \u201cconvencer\u201d luego a las principales marcas mundiales del dise\u00f1o para que apostaran por un lugar en Olea a expansi\u00f3n. Hoy el Miami Design District, muy cercano al Downtown, es un punto de encuentro, diversi\u00f3n, paseo, arte y gastronom\u00eda de primer nivel con m\u00e1s de 120 marcas como Balenciaga, Hermes, Fendi, Dior, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, y m\u00e1s compartiendo espacios con famosas instituciones y galer\u00edas de arte ICA Miami, el de la Cruz Collection y Locust Projects. Adem\u00e1s la gastronom\u00eda tiene protagonistas de primer nivel y tambi\u00e9n peque\u00f1as propuestas de autor qu\u00e9 hay que visitar.
